PRODUCTS
Every piece of pottery is
unique. Variations or imperfections may occur due to the fact that they
are handcrafted. The character of each pot is defined by the variations in
texture, shape and color. There is no guarantee that each pot will be exactly
the same shape and color.

SIZE
All sizes in the catalogue are
outside measurement in inches: Opening X Height (2
Measurements); Opening (Length if Rectangular) X
Width X Height (3 Measurements)

|
ORDERS
Minimum order is $500 for customers outside
Montreal , $300 for local customers. There is no minimum order for Walk-in
customers picking up products by themselves.

PRICES
All prices listed in the
catalogue are our wholesale FOB warehouse in Montreal, QC. The pricelist is
subject to change without notice.

|
PAYMENT
Prepayment is required for first
time orders. Payment terms can be established upon credit approval. Payment ONLY
be made by check. Over due bill will incur 1.5% monthly charge after 30 days of
the due date.

|
DAMAGE &
CLAIM
Damage claim and proof of damage
must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the merchandise. Choices of credit
back to your account and replacement delivery are available at our cost.
However, breakage can not be used as sole reason to refuse shipment. Please make
note on the delivery receipt if there are any visible damage. Please also email
picture(s) of broken pot(s) to

or send/fax to our office.

CANCEL &
RETURN
Order may not be canceled within
15 days before shipping out from our warehouse, Otherwise 10% restocking fee
will be charged to customer, Merchandise may not be returned or refused without
prior authorization once the order is delivered, otherwise 20% restocking fee
and any freight charges will be charged to customer. Return will not be accepted
after 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

HANDLING
For all orders FOB Montreal
warehouse shipped via common carrier (above $800), there is a $10 per wood pallet.

|
SHIPPING
Shipping charges vary depending
on delivery destinations. We deliver most orders with our own truck within
Quebec, and ship via common carriers if freight charge collect. We offer
shipping discount based on order volume and delivery destination on a seasonal
basis. Please contact us for shipping quote to your location.

CONTAINER ORDER
For large quantity orders of
pottery, we provide different terms and lower price quote. Any changes different
from this terms and conditions have to be signed by Maple Pottery representative
and customer.

SHOW ROOM
Our Warehouse doesn't open
everyday. Please contact us for direction before your visit.
